Q: What is the best way to contact you?

A: Currently the easiest way to contact me is to complete and submit the form provided on the Contact Us Page. There is also a phone number which you can leave a message. In either event, I will contact you as soon as possible to set up your appointment.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?

A: Currently, only cash and check payments can be accepted.

Q: Do you schedule any appointments during the day?

A: No. Appointments must be scheduled on evenings and weekends because I work full time during the week.

Q: Do you have a pricelist?

A: I do not list my prices on this site because there are so many factors that can weigh in affecting the price. When I contact you to schedule an appointment, I will be able to give you a quote based on the specific services you request. The quote we agree on before any work is completed is the price for the entire project.

Q: What if it is hard for me to set aside enough time at my house for you to come by and work on my computer?

A: I will be happy to pick up your computer, work on it at my office, and return it all at a time that is convenient for you.
